Natural Stone Policy: QZZEN specializes in 100% natural, untreated gemstones and Grade A Jadeite.
Unique Characteristics: Because our products are crafted from natural earth-mined stones, each piece is unique. You acknowledge that natural stones may have variations in color, internal textures (“cotton” or “veins”), and minor surface characteristics. These are signs of authenticity and are not considered defects.
Visual Representation: We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to monitor settings and natural lighting, the actual color of the gemstone may vary slightly from your screen.
3. Sizing and Custom Orders
Accuracy: We provide detailed Size Guides for bangles and rings. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct measurements before ordering.
Bespoke Services: Custom-cut or bespoke sized items are created specifically for you. Once a custom order has entered the production phase, it cannot be canceled or modified.
4. Pricing and Payment
