QZZEN prepares natural crystal bracelets, custom gift bracelets, and selected jade pieces with clear timing, tracking, and support.

Order processing

Ready-to-ship items are usually prepared within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Custom bracelets may take longer while we review and prepare the request.

Shipping rates and delivery

Shipping options, costs, and available delivery methods are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery timing depends on destination, carrier, checkout method, and local conditions.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed after your parcel is handed to the carrier. If tracking has not updated after a few business days, email support@qzzen.com with your order number.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address before checkout. If you notice an error, contact support as soon as possible before the parcel ships.
