Orders and shipping

Ready-to-ship items are usually prepared within 1-3 business days. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.

If tracking has not updated after a few business days, send us your order number and we will help check the parcel status.

Returns

Eligible standard items can be returned within 30 days after delivery when they are unworn, unused, intact, and in original packaging.

Please email support before sending anything back. Custom pieces are reviewed case by case.

Sizing and gifts

For bracelet sizing or gifting help, include the recipient’s wrist size if known, preferred bead size, color direction, occasion, and budget.
