QZZEN wants every order to feel clear before and after checkout. This policy explains eligible returns, custom order review, and how to contact support.

30-day return window

Eligible standard items can be returned within 30 days after delivery when they are unworn, unused, intact, and in original QZZEN packaging.

Start a return

Email support@qzzen.com before sending anything back. Include your order number, product name, and clear photos if there is damage, a defect, or a fulfillment issue.

Custom pieces

Create bracelets, personalized notes, adjusted sizing, and other custom pieces are reviewed case by case and may not be eligible unless there is a confirmed defect or fulfillment error.

Return address

Once approved, QZZEN support will provide the correct U.S. return address and next steps. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
