1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original QZZEN packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Our process is designed to be effortless:

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange for a different size or stone, let us know. We will send you a secure link to settle or refund any price difference.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned to ensure quality standards:

Custom Products: Bespoke jewelry, custom-cut stones, or personalized engravings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Final Sale Items: Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

Gift Cards: These are non-refundable.
4. Natural Variations & Damages

The Beauty of Nature: Since we deal with 100% natural Jade and Crystals, internal textures (“veins” or “cotton”) and minor color variations are inherent characteristics of the stone and are not considered defects.

Damages upon Arrival: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged during transit, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
